By downloading, installing, or using FlickSort ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FlickSort is a mobile application designed to help users organize their photo libraries using intuitive swipe gestures. The App allows you to:

• Browse photos from your device's photo library
• Organize photos into albums
• Delete unwanted photos (moved to system trash)
• Compare similar photos

3. User Responsibilities

By using FlickSort, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of photo organization
• Ensure you have the right to modify or delete any photos you organize
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Photo Handling

When you use FlickSort:

• Moving photos: Photos are copied to the destination album. On Android, the system may ask you to confirm deletion of the original.
• Deleting photos: Photos are moved to your device's system trash/recycle bin, where they can typically be recovered for 30 days.
• Undo functionality: The App provides undo features, but these may have limitations based on system constraints.

5. Intellectual Property

The FlickSort application, including its design, code, graphics, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlickSort is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlickSort and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of photos or data
• Loss of use or functionality
• Any other intangible losses

We strongly recommend maintaining backups of your important photos before using any photo management application.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or changes to existing functionality. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Termination

You may stop using FlickSort at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for any user who violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
