FlickSort does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information or user data. The app operates entirely on your device without any network connectivity requirements.

3. Photo Access

FlickSort requires access to your device's photo library to function. This access is used exclusively to:

Display your photos within the app
Move photos between albums (when you request it)
Delete photos (by moving them to system trash, where they are recoverable)

Your photos are never:

Uploaded to any server
Shared with third parties
Analyzed by AI or machine learning
Used for advertising
Accessed outside the app

4. Data Storage

All app settings and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard platform storage mechanisms (SharedPreferences on Android). This data includes:

Your album organization preferences
App settings (swipe sensitivity, haptic feedback, etc.)
Source folder selections

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

5. Third-Party Services

FlickSort does not integrate any third-party services, analytics, or tracking tools. We use no:

Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
Crash reporting services

Social media integrations

6. Permissions

FlickSort requests the following permissions:

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: To display your photos
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To organize photos into albums

These permissions are used solely for the stated purposes and are essential for the app to function.

7. Children's Privacy

FlickSort does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we collect no data from anyone, this naturally includes children.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify users through the app. However, our core commitment to privacy will never change.
